Every number here is the number we invoice at. ## We sell hours, not packages. A fixed price for work nobody has inspected is a guess with a margin in it, and the margin is your bill. We inspect, then we say: this finding is 6 hours, this one is 20, the quick wins together are under 40, and here is the total for the set you choose. If the estimate changes mid-work you hear it before the hours are spent, not on the invoice. There is no hour bank, no prepaid block, no minimum term, and no rate for emergencies: the fire and the backlog cost the same. ## Who works on your project HUB LLC is Andris Stinka’s firm and Maksims Ivanovs is its CTO: two named people, both on your engagement. When an engagement needs more hands than that, we contract named associates per project, and you approve their names before anyone gets production access. This is the whole capacity story.
